The staff at the hotel were thoughtful and experienced. the twin room we stayed in was well-organized and of a good standard. - the room offered a great view of the harbour.

We did not want to leave, totally recommend. Enjoyed this good standard and great relaxing hotel. Easy to find, with top-class staff especially the duty manager on arrival. 'Leo' who served us for breakfast the next morning was excellent. The location was good and perfect, just a short walk away from Frank Kitts Park.

The location of Copthorne Hotel Wellington, Oriental Bay is fantastic, right next to New World supermarket, restaurants, and the Esplanade. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast served is extensive and there are useful amenities like an electric kettle, fridge, and glassware available.
